| ■The year 2005 marks the 11th edition of the Malaysian international Furniture
Fair since its inception in 1995' Growing from strength to strength annually'
MIFF 2005 occupies au the available exhibition space totaling 65'ooo sqm
at The Putra world Trade Centre (PWTC) of Kuala Lumpur making it the largest
international furniture exhibition in Southeast Asia. This sets a whole new record for the regional furniture fair industry. From a floor space of only 12,000 sqm in 1995, the exhibition area has multiplied five fold over the decade making it one of the fastest growing tradeshows of its kind inworld. Currently MIFF records sales amounting to over RM2 billion annually. This is equivalent to 40'/・ of Malaysia's export of furniture to the world. Furthermore the fair has steadily managed to increase its stream of international buyers and visitors over the years. With only 2,520 overseas visitors from 50 countries in 1995, this figure has increased to 6,593 from over 125 nations in MIFF 2004. By including the participation of foreign exhibitors in 1999, the quality and standards of the show has been further enhanced. MIFF 2005 will showcase internationally renowned furniture from 1 4 countries worldwide. With plans for an even bigger and more dynamic show in the year 2006, the Organiser of MIFF will be making use of two venues for the very first time. Aside from PWTC, the new Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre, a stone's throw away from the majestic Twin Towers; the ultimate landmark of Asia will be used to feature the best in global furniture products. |

| ■The Malaysian International Furniture Fair (MIFF)2006 will be held at
two venues for the very first time from the 7 - 11 March 2006. Apart from
the fair's traditional venue at the Putra World Trade Centre (PWTC), MIFF
2006 will also occupy the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre in the heart of
the capital city. The Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre is the latest addition to the Kuala Lumpur City Centre (KLCC) development precinct. With plans to attract regional and international conventions, trade shows and public exhibitions, the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre puts another feather in the cap of the nation in its effort to be a leading player in the Meetings, Incentives, Conventions, Exhibitions and Special Events (MICES) industry in Asia. The Centre boasts a 3,000 seat plenary hall, 500-seat theatre, 1 10,000 square feet of exhibition space, large conference halls, grand ballroom, banquet halls and 1 9 meeting rooms. Complimentary facilities include VVIP suites, media rooms, business centre, bridal suites, prayer rooms, medical room, AV production rooms, concierge and luggage rooms.
