CIFF, known as the Asia’s Furniture Sourcing Center, will be held at Chinese Export Commodities Fair Pazhou Complex from 18 to 21 August in parallel with Hometextile China 2006(August) and Homedecor & Housewares China 2006(August). In the upcoming events with a total exhibition area of 130,000sqm, CIFF will be an integrated show combining furniture with household textiles and home decor in a synergistic platform. From furniture to decorative items, from home textiles to fabrics, the show will fully reflect the art of home decoration to industry players all over the world.

As a must-attend event for anyone involved in the business of buying, selling or creating furniture and interiors, CIFF2006(August) continues to be a furniture business match-making platform where active business negotiations and deal transactions can be seen on every corner of the exhibition.

Covering 9 exhibition halls with the space of 100,000sqm, CIFF 2006(August) attracts 400 famous companies, such as LANDBOND, HINGLEE, ROYAL, KANGSHENG, RED APPLE, STEEL-LAND, KINWAI, E&M, ZHENGHUI, UNNU FURNITURE , MEI SHEN, KUKA, HAIYI, SINOMAX, TRIUMPH, IRIS, ZHIHAO and so on. More top brands of classical furniture will be participating in this event, such as YUE XING, JINDELI, WENHUA SPIRIT, ZHONG XIN, GUANG DA and so on. The number of new exhibitors has also grown by 30%, which will add new features to the show.

Bearing the industry buzzword as the “trade show of the home textiles” in south China and Southeast Asia, the fair organizers will keep on handpicking exhibitors and diversifying the products to ensure the quality and specialization of the show. Hometextile China 2006 (August) features 210 exhibitors from Germany, France, UK, Korea, Spain, Singapore, Thailand and every province and region in China, who will show their latest collections in an area of nearly 25,000 sq meters.

With the exhibition space of more than 10,000sqms, Homedecor & Housewares China 2006(August) attracts the participation of 110 exhibitors, such as LANDBOND, GREAT WALL, HONG CHIA, SITONG, BEIXIONG, MODERN, LINGAO, ETERNAL, SIL KMUSIC, THE GREAT WALL and so on.

CIFF covers all major domains of the furniture industry: dinning furniture, bedroom furniture, outdoor furniture, children furniture，country furniture, weave furniture etc. New features and trends in designs and materials will be released in the show, which provides more options for international visitors. Visitors can have a bird’s eye view of modern decoration trends and make one-stop purchases in Guangzhou. The buyers will surely enjoy a value-added trip to CIFF in August 2006.

In Hometextile China, each exhibitor displays his products with new developments in individualization as well as art. They not only display a product or a cloth, but also a design concept. Every kind of curtain, desk cloth, bedding covering will be mapped into a series of products. Meanwhile, in order to adapt to the requirement of decoration of home textile industry, the exhibitors who deal in textile accessories as well as raw materials take the enthusiastic participation in the fair upgrading to a higher quality and the variety of the exhibits.

As a professional and independent trade show with great success, Homedecor & Housewares China (H&H)2006(August) will continue to cover the exhibits including interior decorative items, artificial flowers, lightings, clocks, carpets and rugs, paintings, mirrors and frames, pottery and glassware and so on.

Maintaining the principle of export-orientation as well as integration with domestic trade, the organizer gives the priority to attracting international buyers with huge promotional expenditures. More promotional mission delegates are assigned to participate in internationally well-known furniture, home textile, home decor and house ware shows: imm cologne, Salon du Meuble de Paris, Milano, High Point, Las Vesgas, furnitex, IFFT; Frankfurt, Evteks, Japantex and so on. More emphasis was laid on the advertisement coverage on the world key trade publications. The show’s international publicity also made steady progress due to deep communications with trade journalists, associations and clients. Until August 1st of 2006, over 1100 overseas buyers have pre-registered for upcoming visits. It is estimated that totally nearly 50,000 trade visitors, including over 9000 overseas buyers, will attend this grant event.
